Kyle, the aaquatics director, was extremely rude and uncooperative. He tried to make me pay extra for no reason. He has no manners and does not know how to treat costumers. Please fire him or teach your workers how to treat their memebers. I had a very unpleasent experience and will not be returning here ever. If I could give the YMCA a -10 star review I would. Thanks.
