I enjoy having Genisis in McPherson. It is a nice clean gym and the staff is always friendly. I love the centurgy class offered twice a week. It is a great work out and our instructor David is the best!
My wife and I have been members since June of this year. I especially enjoy the facility and it's specific areas of workouts & equipment. The staff is friendly and encouraging-that goes to Kyle, Dustin & Temri. I am looking forward to this new coming year and my fitness goals & am glad we have a great facility here in McPherson to make that happen!

Do NOT go here! Here's my personal experience from there. When I first came to McPherson I was in desperate need of a job, a good job. I have worked at a gym before so when I discovered this place was here. I was pretty excited. I went in, and they had promised me a job there, if i got a membership and convinced my girl to get one as well. After we agreed to it after some long talk. They had told me next that i needed to memorize some stuff for my salesperson job that they promised. Which i was okay with at first. But after a week of daily memorizing of it. I realized that i was gonna need hands on training. They refused, even though two of the salespeople there had been thrown into their jobs blind and got to learn on hand themselves. So i continued to try and memorize it, it was like i was trying to memorize school work all over again and i couldnt do it. They Refused to let me and my girl off the membership, and now we both owe a total of $800 to them because they didnt bother to even help me with the stuff. They will lie and decieve you.
My wife was sucked into a contract after being lied to about the details. She read it but didn't understand half of the legal stuff because she's not a lawyer. When we went to Genesis about It, they said they were sorry but that we signed a contract and screwed ourselves. They had us sign up with ACH payments and the amount was supposed to be a set 39.95 a month versus the regular rate and that has never remained the same like they stated it would. It seems like the Mcpherson location is just out for the money and they don't care about the well being of their clients. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as I can. Oh and by the way, the contract we were roped into was for 4 years! Who the hell does that!?!?!?!
