They have their heads up there butt. Always different employees. They go thru alot of them.
AutoZone is always my go to auto parts store. The guys there make sure you leave with what you need & are more than willing to help you figure out what you need I'd you're not sure. Great bunch of guys!
I was in a real crunch for time to get my car fixed. I called everywhere else but this store was the only place that could get my part in time. Next day when i called they had no record of anything being ordered. Told me it was some dumbass new guy that i talked to. Total piss poor service. I am totally disgusted with this and will not go thru any autozone again unless absolutely necessary. Definitely not the McPherson store.
The people are awesome. Ask for Derick frezier. He will be strait up with you.
