I will say that the prices of the phones were out of my price range. That has nothing to do with this verizon paticular store. The employee that helped me was named Mike, the others seemed nice as well but I can't say definitively seeing how they didn't help me one on one. Mike did an outstanding job even though he seemed to be a new employee. Overall very happy.
No customer service. This store is completely useless. You may as well spend 2 hours on the phone with tech support. If you did not buy your phone in this store, they will not help you, even if it is a Verizon phone & plan. The best thing to do is to go across the parking lot to US Cellular. They have fantastic customer service and they will definitely go above and beyond, even with another service provider. Ha! Verizon wont even help verizon cusyomers. I am only speaking from my experience today. I do not recommend this Verizon store to anybody. Unless you want to come out of there feeling upset and helpless. I've given this store multiple chances to prove me otherwise over the years. Sadly, I have not had one positive experience. Replace this location with something beneficial to our community, like a Chic-fil-a.

Can't do anything except sell you a phone and tell you to call customer service. Don't even waste your time coming here.
They don't allow a 0 star rating. A handful of reasons I don't go to this store. One being that I was sold a plan that didn't know exist at a price that wasn't real. After receiving the bill and calling I was informed the period to opt out of the new contract was over. How could I know to cancel if it took 30 days to get the bill but only a 15 day window to cancel? Was told the employee was doing many things that weren't right and she was let go but nothing they could do to fix the problem. Went from unlimited data at my normal payment to 2 gigs for an extra $40/month. This store is a joke, how they're still open with their customer service is beyond me. Maybe that's why their employee turnover is so high, you never see the same face.
