The owner of the store is very helpful and knowledgeable. Went in to get a pair for myself and my husband also ended up with some new shoes. They keep a nice selection of updated and quality shoes. Seem to want to put you in the best shoe for you and not just make a sale.

We had a fantastic experience buying running shoes at Browns! The price was fair and the service was excellent. One of the pairs did not fit correctly and they took care of getting us into the right size later with no problems at all. We will always buy our shoes here, after this experience!
Went in to browse for some nicer sandals. The sales associates are very helpful almost to the point of too helpful. He explained to me the difference between some various sandal types and a lot of things I never even know about them. I'm taking one star off though because they were supposed to order in some of the sandals for me to try and call me but I never heard back.
