Nice clean new hotel. Modern amenities. Nice stay.
I stayed one night. Room was clean, Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. My issue is that during my checkout I asked about another customer getting a different rate for same type of room. The other client was a walk in, no other honors or AARP or other discounts, was quoted 140 to my 154. The listed MOD Kim Kohen, only explained to me why he may have been given a different rate and did not seem at all interested in appeasing me, even with a $5 discount. My perception of her customer service has only made me not want to be a customer for this hotel or is parent company as well. I was civil during my interaction and withheld using a raised voice or swearing.
