The ladies are doing their best and a good job at that! But there is not a chance that you will not have a wait..... Bring your patience, because you will most definitely need a bucket load of it!
What a joke. How are you supposed to get a license here? Lines and wait times stretching for hours...and the testing times end so early. It's dysfunctional, inefficient, and barely operational.
I've never had a bad experience. Never had to wait longer than an hour. Friendly people.
