The customer service at the Ace Hardware is like none I've never experienced before. The staff is always super helpful, they will ask you if you need help, you won't need to go find them. It's so refreshing. Plus if you are regular they know you by name and will greet you by your name. Now that's customer service. I go here for all of my hardware and household needs and would not go anywhere else.
Frequently visit Graber's. They are always very friendly and helpful. We have brought our puppy in here a few times to socialize her as well. The store is organized very well and I enjoy seeing the new displays up front.

I was in today trying to find parts to fix water softener facet. No plumbers on week end. Roger spent more than a half hour helping find right parts and repairing the facet stem. This is not the first time I have experienced outstanding over and above service from Roger. And others for that matter.
The staff here is fantastic. Ready to help, and capable. Also always willing to bring in products that they don't have in stock.
