Not enough employees. Very slow. Nail design looked different on each hand. They need to pay more attention. Made me keep my nails under the UV lamp WAY too long. Burnt my toe!
My feet looked better before i came. Very pricey for the poor poor job done! I have more polish on my toes then on my nail. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. never again..
I am an out of towner too. They are busy but that is because they are great! People around here make appointments, so if there are 2 people in the waiting room doesn't mean there aren't more waiting. Great place
I went to get a pedicure with my best friend for a girl's date and decided to try a new place. We opted for the 2nd to highest priced pedi ($39). I had already removed my nail polish prior to going. Myleg massage was horrible, she barely pummiced my feet or did anything for my cuticles and calluses. I felt like she skipped many steps with my nail polish. I was done way before my friend was, her lady took her time. I sat there for well over twenty minutes while my friend finished up with her. When I got home, my nail polish wasn't set and my toesnails we're messed up as I took off my sandals. My friend we t for a run and hers were perfectly fine. I felt the lady who did my pedi was rude and rushed through. I had to go back the next morning g to have my polish redo by someone else. I guess it depends on who you get here, but I will not be going back to chance it. Pedicures should follow the same steps for everyone and have the same results.
Was not impressed. Very sloppy job. Not filed straight. Got black tips with pink line and the lines look terrible! Will definately NOT be going back!
